When a Reset Is Recommended

A Reset is the best place to begin if you're new to PRMP Beauty or if it's been a while since your last visit.

Over time, brows, skin, and beauty goals change. Beginning with a Reset allows us to reassess your needs, answer your questions, and create a personalized plan designed to support your long-term results.

Whether you're visiting for the first time or returning after an extended break, this is how we ensure every recommendation is intentional.

✓ Arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking.

RESERVE APPOINTMENT

  • We are an appointment-based studio. Same-day appointments may be available. Please check online for real-time availability.

  • If you're unsure what service to book, contact us before booking. We'll gladly help you choose the service that's best suited to your goals.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible. We allow a five-minute grace period. Beyond that, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled to respect the appointments that follow.

  • To maintain a relaxing experience for every guest, we ask that only those receiving services enter the treatment area. Please review our Studio Policies for full details.

When You Arrive

To provide every guest with a private, uninterrupted experience, the studio entrance remains locked while appointments are in progress.

Upon arrival:

✓ Park.

✓ Check in using the link in your appointment text.

✓ We will notify you as soon as we’re ready to welcome you inside.

  • You will receive a text message as your appointment time approaches. Use that link to notify us of your arrival.

  • Street parking is available out front on Georgia Ave or on the side street Shepherd. Adjacent lots are reserved for building tenants.

  • You're welcome to arrive a few minutes early to park and check in from your phone. Because appointments are privately accessed, we'll send a notification as soon as we're ready to welcome you into the studio. However, look out for the notification as there may be times when we can accommodate early arrivals.
